STRANGE NON-WEEK P2 and P7 Alexie's "Part-Time Indian" page 60 by Monday, June 6

With my extended weekend and a field trip to Storm King Art Center, in Mountainville, NY***, I was not there for any of P7 nor most of P2.

Therefore, be aware that  you all should be on page 60 of Sherman Alexie's The Absolutely True Diary of a Part-Time Indian by this Monday, 6-6-11.

For those who have already purchased the novel yet have failed to stop by to get your copy, you are still responsible for having the first 60 pages read by Monday. Others must borrow the book from the 40 or so who have already received theirs or get it from the library or one of the many books stores available.

*** I highly recommend taking a few friends to experience the 500 acres of sculptures and contemporary modern pieces displayed outside at least once.

The moral virtues, then, are produced in us neither by nature nor against nature. Nature, indeed, prepares in us the ground for their reception, but their complete formation is the product of habit.
